All,
On behalf of the Over-30 league I would like to take this time to personally thank everyone for your participation, commitment and dedication to the league. As I have stated many times previously, each one of you players and your contributions and personality continue to make this league what it is and enjoyable for me to continue running.
With that in mind I would like to single out individuals who may not get their due recognition on a regular basis, but, their contributions are extremely important for the continued success of the league.
To Pic, George and Don thank you for all your weekly referee/timer efforts and tremendous baby sitting skills you show to the players each week.
To John Kelleher, Dan Broderick, Jim Barber, Matty Iannello and Dominic Defrancisco for your continued leadership as team captains and making a difference for me as the "go-to" players for each team.
To all the behind the scenes Admin people for everything that you continue to do on a volunteer basis taking valuable time out of your days to keep the league running smoothly.
To Naz for being the Assistant League Director and every week wearing multiple hats and stepping up without asking in making sure that A LOT of things get done timely and efficiently every week!
To Jim Barber, aka the webmaster and IT person, for his creative insights and writing skills that keeps the website fresh and fun while reminding all the players that "all fame is fleeting."
To Kellie, for collecting all the registration money to keep this league operational, her designs of the shirts, and keeping an eye on things as they play out on the rink as well as off the rink on a weekly basis.
All three of these individuals are valuable to the continued success of the Over-30 league.
