Week #15 (4-20-13) Tony Bono
It came down to one game. Tony needed two points to stay away from the Pink bag bet. Before the game we saw plenty of e-mails going around to up the bet from $5.00 to $10.00 that Tony would not reach his point total. The people betting on Tony had no problem going double or nothing. Most of them did not bring any money to the game because the new he would come through. With 27 seconds left in the game it happened Tony scored giving him two points for the game. It looked like his team won the finals in overtime and Tony had the game winner. Congrats to Tony no pink bag for him next season.

Week #14 (4-6-13) Tony Medeiros
Sorry Dominic five assists does not win the Dunkin Donut award he have to shoot first and pass second like Tony. Tony finished with 3 goals and two assists. I would think that Tony would share some donuts with Dominic since he set him up all night.

Week #12 (3-23-13) Mark Stickney
You are as young as you feel that is what Mark tells everyone before each game. Last night he was right scoring three goals and adding 1 assist. If not for the best save of the year Mark would have finished with four goals. The save was not from a goaile but from a defenseman.
Week #11 (3-16-13) Scott Young (AKA) The Pretender
Scott had his break out game this season scoring a hattrick, helping his team move up in the standings. Scott has 4 goals and 8 assists this season moving him to the middle of the pack with the league leaders.

Week #10 (3-9-13) Joe Shannon
This was a easy choice this week Joe had great game scoring two goals and adding one assist. Since Joe asked Matt to make a change to the defense Joe has time to help with the scoring. His partner does a great job helping with keeping the scoring chances down.
Week #8 (3-2-13) Matt Iannello & Dave Curcio
I had a tough choice to make last week for this award,so I took the easy way out and we have co-winners for the first time. Matt played his best game this season scoring two goals and adding two assits. Dave finished with two goals and one assist.

Week #4 (2-2-13) Dave Curcio
Dave had the best game to date with four goals and three assists. Before the game said Assistant league director asked him how his injured finger was doing. He told me he was having a hard time with the new gloves and could not grip the stick with full force. Not sure if he was telling me the truth after having a seven point game with a bad finger.

Week #3 (1-19-13) George Medeiros
After the first three weeks of the new season everyone is winning the Dunkin Donut award except Tony Medeiros. This week's winner is the real Medeiros his name is George not Tony. George had two goals last week leading his team to victory and keeping there winning ways alive. Last week we had Dominic winning and this week George. Hopefully Tony will step up his game this week if he wants a $10.00 gift card.

Week #15 (12-15-12) Jeff Deharo
Jeff has played only four games this season, but in every game he has kept his team in it. Last week was the same story only letting in one goal, and that came off his own player. We had to make sure that Jeff had enough games played this season before we could even think of giving him this award.
Week #14 (12-8-12) Dave Curcio
Dave helped his team by scoring two goals, and helping them move up in the playoff standings. Dave has got fire of late, and is only four points away from the top spot in the league leaders in points. This would have been David's second player of the week, if not for Bill League Director who talked the Assistant League Director into picking someone else.
Week #13 (12-1-12) Matt Anctil
Matt helped his team stay in the playoff race by stopping 24 out of 25 shots. This is Matt's second season in the league and his making a name for himself. With the solid play of Matt his team has clinched a playoff birth this season.
| Week #12 (11-24-12) Umberto Biancardi (aka) Papa Smurf
Umberto had his best game this season scoring two big goals and keeping his team in the playoff hunt. After each goal that Umberto scored you can hear the chant from the bench way to go papa. It does help when you have the great one (aka) Matty I feeding you the ball for wide open shots.
Week #11 (11-17-12) Matty Innello
The scoring sheet might not show it but, Matty was the reason for his team winning. Even with Ray and Joe taking the night off Matty had to step up to keeping his team in the playoff hunt. He had one goal and two assist. Matty was lined up for a faceoff and before the ball was dropped he turned around told Mike Caso to slide to his right. The next thing you see is the ball comes back to Mike right on his stick the next thing you see is the ball going into the net for a goal.
| Week #10 (11-10-12) Dominic DeFrancisco
Even with his team losing, Dominic played a hugh role in keeping the game close. As always Dominic was all over the rink playing offense and helping his team on defense. He finished with three goals but could have had more. As you can see we have the real Idol in this photo.
| Week #9 (11-3-12) Anthony Lauletta
We have a new scoring leader this week and his name is Anthony Lauletta with 28 points.
Anthony has been a big suprise this year, taking the league by storm. This week he had six assists helpling his team to an easy victory. Watch out Matty I we have a new sheriff into town and his name is Anthony.
| Week #8 (10-27-12) Bill Gardynski Sr
The league has seen a softer side of Bill which is helping his team stay hot this season. Last night Bill played his best game to date turning away all 28 shots for the leagues first shut out of the year. Bill might be the older of the two Gardynski net minders but last night he showed the younger child that the old man still has it.
| Week #7 (10-20-12) Ray Dow
The league was wondering how long would it take Ray before he showed why he is one of the top defenseman in the league. Last week was the week Ray had a hatrick leading his team to solid victory plus shutting down the other team for only one goal. Welcome back Ray what took you so long.
| Week #6 (10-15-12) Tony Medeiros
Tony is not shy about taking his share of shots each game. Last week it paid off in a big way with scoring the first three goals for his team leading team to a 7 to 1 victory. When it was all said and done Tony finished with four goals and one assist. Playing against Tony is a tough task with his never give up attitude always fighting for every lose ball. Tony is always near or on top of the league leaders in scroing each and every year.
| Week #5 (10-6-12) John Mastrocola
After taking a couple of seasons off due to injurys last week the league welcome back John Mastrocola. John was working out over the summer to get back into game shape waiting for his phone to ring from league director Bill. John lead his team to there first win of the season. John had two goals and was the difference in the game.
Week #4 (9-29-12) Nick Romano
Nick Romano had a pair of goals on being the game winner. This might come as a shock to some with Nick scoring two goals in one game. If we look at past history thank god he was not on a breakaway yesterday (we all know how that would have turned out). Nick will use his gift card for a hot chocolate when he is screwing the state plowing our highways. If you see Nick out plowing, do not drive to close as you will be blinded by all the sparks from his plow blade. At first the first snowflake Nick is out there even if we get a dusting of snow.., thanks again for keeping our roads save and raising our tax dollars each year so that you can but new equipment.
Week #3 (9-22-12) Gary Goodwin
Gary was the big reason for his team getting off to a big lead last week. Gary was all over the rink scoring the game winning goal in the first period and scoring another later in the game. It was his two way playing that made the difference, helping shut down the big three for the first time ever (we are still looking into this). For at least one week no one can call Gary stone hands after last week.
Week #2 (9-15-12) Joe Mancinelli
Joe just came back to the league after a long lay-off. He was working on his scoring touch which has paid off so far. Last week he had the first hat trick of the year and is tied as the league leaders with five goals and one assist welcome back Joe.
Week #1 (9-8-12) Angelo Deluca
Angelo played a great two way game he had two goals and two assist. His second goal was the game winner in over time. The player who assisted on this goal was filling in for his team. The play started with the kid they call Naz with a bomb from the point which hit the post and Angelo was there for the easy put in.
