Dave returns from a two-game absence, buys in to the team concept, and has a breakout game, scoring a hat trick and sets up two goals, as he is the best scorer in his game. If he can keep his legs going and starts finding his scoring touch, it will make his team ever harder to defend.

John Mastrocola
The winner of the Dick’s Sporting Goods weekly award is John Mastrocola of M*A*S*H.
John is looking finally healthy and playing forward full time, as stays hot scoring some big goals (his second game winning goal), extending his goal scoring streak to three games. Quietly, John is making a big difference in his team's scoring balance.

The winner of the weekly AARP award is Naz of M*A*S*H.
Naz plays a solid game on defense and makes some heads-up breakout passes early in this game to set up two goals and ignites the momentum swing for his team, as they score four unanswered goals to break open a close game.

Dave Giusti
The winner of the Nelson Sousa memorial Goalie of the Week award is Dave Giusti of M*A*S*H.
It looks like Dave’s recent overseas trip to get blessed by the pope in Milan has started paying off as he stopped 26 or 28 shots by the top team, to extend his personal winning streak to three straight games in net, helping his team move up in the standings.

Steve Iacoviello
The winner of the Mylec Defenseman of the Week award is Steve Iacoviello of Phoenix Rising.
With two of his fellow defensive teammates out on IR, Ike stepped into the role of top defenseman, playing a lot of minutes, and shut down one of the top teams (and fastest teams) in the league. In addition, Ike made life easy for the fill-in goalie stepping in for his regular goalie.

Mike O'Neil
The Dunkin Donuts Player of the Week award winner is Mike O’Neil of Phoenix Rising.
Mike is the difference maker in his game for his team, factoring in on four of the five goals his team scores with 2-goals and 2-assists, as he helps erase a one-goal deficit after one period, playing a big part in his team scoring the last four goals of this game.

Jon Brown
The winner of the Dick’s Sporting Goods weekly award is Jon Brown of M*A*S*H.
Jon comes back after missing a game, to make an immediate impact on his team’s offense, setting the pace, leading the way with 2-goals while adding 1-assist, factoring in on the first three of his team's four goals scored. The former fill-in player has made a big impact on his team’s offense.

John Kelleher
The winner of the weekly AARP award is John Kelleher of Phoenix Rising.
John plays a key role for his team's offense in the second period, helping them erase a one-goal deficit to take the lead, by scoring 1-goal and adding 1-assist. It marked the first time in his last four games that John was able to move back to forward and showcase his scoring skills.

Jake Deehan
The winner of the Nelson Sousa memorial Goalie of the Week award is Jake Deehan of Azores Express.
Jake continues to impress in net as he posts his first shutout of the season, stopping all 30 shots faced, to win his second straight weekly goalie award. Not surprising that a big reason for his team at the top of the standings has been the solid play of Jake in net.

Dave Costa
The winner of the Mylec Defenseman of the Week award is Dave Costa of Azores Express.
Welcome back Dave Costa. The captain made the play of the game in his game, late in the second period in a very close game, as he reads the play and leaves the point intercepting a pass and picks the far side top corner from inside the right circle, cleanly beating the goalie.
In addition, Dave continues to quarterback his team’s defense, in shutting down the opponent’s top players.

Chris Torres
The Dunkin Donuts Player of the Week award winner is Chris Torres of Dominions.
With his uncanny speed and ability to jump into his team’s offense at any time during a game, Chris has brough a new dynamic to his team’s offensive attack that is proving very challenging to the opposition to defend. Chris factored in on all three goals his team scored with three assists.

The winner of the Dick’s Sporting Goods weekly award is Dave Giusti of M*A*S*H.
After a week of catching up from jet leg from his overseas visit to Milan Italy seeking some divine intervention to turn his season around, Dave was a difference maker in his game, stopping 23 out of 24 shots faced in his game, including multiple point-blank saves.

Alex, while playing solid defense all game, scores the game winning goal in overtime, as he jumps in the offense on the right wing, stealing the ball from the defenseman, cuts across the middle and beats the goalie from outside the white line with a defender all over him.

The winner of the Nelson Sousa memorial Goalie of the Week award is Jake Deehan of Azores Express.
With another solid game in net, Jake has stepped up his individual play since last season’s final, giving his team a strong chance to win each game they play in this season, as he stopped 25 out of 26 shots faced to earn his third win of the season.

Leading by example to help his team finally end their three-game losing streak, Jamie set up his team’s second and third goals of the game late in the first period within thirty seconds of each other, helping his team jump out to an early commanding lead and never letting up.

Not bad for an older player returning from IR and trying to get back up to speed with the pace of games. With his team missing most of its offensive scorers and being outplayed in their game, Paul single-handedly kept this a closer game than it should have been by scoring 2-goals.

The winner of the Nelson Sousa memorial Goalie of the Week award is A J Larabee of Phoenix Rising.
Looking more like the goalie that made a big splash in the beginning of the winter season, A J was locked in during his game, stopping 28 out of 29 shots faced, especially during the second and third periods, shutting the door on some quality scoring chances.
